About Our Station

WKDI-AM 840 began broadcasting on December 27, 1988 and has 1,000 watts of power. Our studios are completely modern with state of the art equipment and are live telephone-talk capable. We deliver a clear, loud signal to the Eastern Shore of Maryland, most of Delaware, South Jersey, and the Baltimore-Annapolis area as well.

On December 27, 2016 sister station C100.5-FM signed on broadcasting 24 hours a day to Caroline County, Maryland and adjacent areas.  C100.5 dupicates programming during WKDI’s daytime station operation & continues to carry similar programming during evening & over night.  Original programs, including local high school sports, will be added in 2017.
